Our Commitment to Your Wellbeing
ug11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on our platform. We recognize that for most of our Indonesian players, online betting on sports like BRI Liga 1, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots, live casino, and sabung ayam (cockfighting) is a form of recreational entertainment. However, we also understand that for a small percentage of users, gambling can become problematic and lead to financial, emotional, or social harm.
This Responsible Gaming page outlines the tools, resources, and support mechanisms available to help you stay in control of your gaming activity. We encourage all players to set personal limits, recognize warning signs early, and reach out for help if gambling stops being fun.
Responsible gaming is not just a policy at ug11 — it is a core value embedded in every aspect of our platform design, customer support training, and operational procedures. We believe that a sustainable, trustworthy betting environment benefits everyone: players enjoy peace of mind, and ug11 builds long-term relationships based on integrity and care.
Strict Age Verification — 21+ Only
All players must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with ug11. This is a legal requirement and a safeguard to protect minors from exposure to gambling. During the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, we validate your identity using government-issued documents such as your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, and all funds will be returned to the verified source.
Self-Control Tools Available on Your Account
ug11 provides a comprehensive suite of self-management tools directly within your Account settings. These tools are designed to help you set boundaries, monitor your activity, and take proactive steps to maintain control over your betting behavior. All tools can be activated or adjusted at any time through your Account dashboard or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much money you can add to your Account within a given period. Once a limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the next cycle begins.
Loss Limits
Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a day, week, or month. If your cumulative net loss reaches this threshold, you will be unable to place additional Wagers until the period resets.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When your session time limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and required to take a mandatory break before logging back in.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a voluntary break from your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place Wagers. This is a reversible measure designed to give you space to reflect.
Self-Exclusion
Request a full self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked, all deposits and withdrawals will be suspended, and you will not receive any marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration.
Activity History
Access a complete log of your betting activity, including all deposits, withdrawals, Wagers placed, wins, losses, and session durations. Use this data to monitor your patterns and identify any concerning trends.
Recognizing the Warning Signs
Problem gambling can develop gradually, and its early signs are not always obvious. If you or someone you know is experiencing any of the following behaviors, it may indicate that gambling is no longer a harmless pastime:
Self-Assessment Checklist
Spending more money or time gambling than you originally intended, or consistently chasing losses in an attempt to recover funds.
Borrowing money, using credit cards, or dipping into savings meant for essential expenses to fund your gambling activity.
Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling, or experiencing an overwhelming urge to place a Wager.
Lying to family, friends, or colleagues about the extent of your gambling or hiding your activity from those close to you.
Neglecting work, school, family responsibilities, or social relationships because of time spent gambling.
Using gambling as a way to escape stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotional problems rather than as entertainment.
Making unsuccessful attempts to cut back or stop gambling, or feeling unable to control your betting behavior.
Experiencing financial stress, unpaid bills, or debt accumulation directly related to gambling losses.
If you answered "yes" to two or more of these statements, it may be time to reassess your relationship with gambling and consider seeking support. The earlier you recognize these signs, the easier it is to regain control.

Protecting Minors from Gambling
ug11 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Access to the Platform is restricted to adults aged 21 and over, and we employ robust age verification procedures to enforce this rule. Parents and guardians are encouraged to take proactive steps to prevent underage access to online gambling sites:
- Use parental control software to block access to gambling websites on devices used by minors.
- Monitor online activity and be aware of what sites your children are visiting.
- Educate young people about the risks of gambling and the importance of age restrictions.
- Keep your ug11 Account credentials secure and never share your login details with anyone, including family members under 21.
If you suspect that a minor has gained access to the Platform or registered an Account using false information, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including Account closure and notification to relevant authorities if necessary.
